Sean Stewart Godfrey

Powerhouse vocalist and gospel recording artist, Sean Stewart, can hang with the best of them. She began her career with Soul of Motown in 2017 and has been performing weekly as celebrity entertainer under residency at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN by way of Knoxville, TN, Sean’s always been a lover of all music. Professionally trained with a B.A. in Music, Vocal Performance, she’s influenced by many genres of music including classical, operatic, blues, gospel, rhythm & blues, etc.. She has graced the stage with major artists such as Tyrese, Kelly Price, MC Lyte, The S.O.S Band, The Temptations, En Vogue, Parliament, Karen Abercrombie, Chris Blue, just to name a few.

Her endeavors also include musical theatre, starring as Nell Carter’s character, Willena Vaughn, in “Ain’t Misbehavin”, “Dreamgirls”, “Smokey Joe’s Café”, “What in the Hell You Want? “, “Single Ladies”, and “Forgiven by Faith”.  In 2017, she debuted with Carpetbag Theatre in “Between a Ballad and a Blues” as a singer/actress thereafter taking on Musical Director for “Dark Cowgirls and Prairie Queens” and “Ce Nitram Sacul”.

She’s been featured in Las Vegas Magazine and Las Vegas Weekly in addition to being honored as iHeart Media’s “Women Who Shine 2022” for her passion and commitment to her craft.

Outside of collaboration with other artists and ministries such as Brandon “BL” Godfrey, Concord Worship, 5FootGiant, and Chilhowee Hills Worship, she’s written and recorded several solo recordings. Releasing her debut gospel single,  “I’m Here” in 2014, she also released two singles during the pandemic entitled “High and Lifted” and “Heal the Land”.  Her prayer is that her songs bring hope, healing, deliverance, and love to all!
